Brandon Aiyuk causing FIREWORKS with Jayden Daniels

Brandon Aiyuk took to Instagram on Saturday in a video post where he tagged the quarterback he’s hoping to play with this season, Jayden Daniels. “Five gonna text me telling me some ‘You on my team now. You follow my rules’” Aiyuk said before making a perplexed face. “Boy, I’m a grown ass man, boy. You gonna have to stop running behind your mama and I might believe what you talking about. But until then, (No).”

Context: Jayden Daniels and Brandon Aiyuk played together in college, and were believed to be friends.
Context: Jayden Daniels’ mother also serves as a part of his representation, and has been seen at many team events.
Daniels responded by posting an image with Kevin Durant giving a double thumbs down.
A few hours later, Aiyuk made another post that included the former NFL Wide Receiver in a Commanders’ hat, holding red shoes with a caption that read “Let’s Run it 5! Let’s see! Need you available all szn and I’ll do the same!”
The posts are just the latest in a now long running series of Brandon Aiyuk posts aimed at joining the Commanders this season. Aiyuk still needs to be reinstated into the NFL and released by the 49ers before that can happen. Aiyuk, seemingly, hasn’t taken any meaningful steps toward a legitimate return to the NFL.
